Aun no logro conseguir mi mochila de vuelta ya que llegara hasta Iquique y luego me la entregaran de vuelta en Pichidangui, pero quiero rescatar que los del whatsapp fueron muy humanos y sensibles con mi situacion y me dejaron aun mas tranquila despues con el call center. El chico que me gestionó era Nicolas Jorquera y la verdad es wue agradesco mucho que lo haya hecho el, fue muy empatico, me trasmitio todo de forma profesional y al mismo tiempo muy humana, es la mejor experiencia de servicio al cliente que he tenido en mi vida asi que de verdad agradeceria que puedan trasmitir mi gratitud con las personas que me atendieron hoy. Fuera de eso, espero que puedan arreglar mejor el tema de la coordinación de maletas. Ha sido todo un dolor de cabeza que se pudo haber evitafo facilmente corroborando el numero de mi equipaje y dandome el indicado. En vez de pescar la primera que vieron y pasarmela al lote para luego irse corriendo antes de que pueda siquiera decir que no es la mía. De todos modos elegiré San Antonio nuevamente porque viajo con ustedes hace tiempo y por lo general la ecperiencia es grata y el personal es muy amigable. Solo revisen por favor el procedimiento de equipaje mejor para evitar cosas así.
