I recently traveled with Tamuka 12, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The bus was overbooked and overloaded, which not only caused delays but also raised serious safety conce ... I recently traveled with Tamuka 12, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The bus was overbooked and overloaded, which not only caused delays but also raised serious safety concerns. Their luggage policy is inconsistent and unprofessional, instead of adhering to the standard rates listed on their website, staff charged excessive fees and attempted to negotiate on the spot. This lack of transparency is frustrating and misleading. To make matters worse, the bus was loaded with luggage belonging to passengers who weren’t even on board, leaving some travelers being told that their own suitcases would have to follow on a later bus. This is highly disorganized and puts commuters at unnecessary risk. As a result of this chaotic overloading, we departed late. Although the drivers did apologize, their explanation felt more like an excuse than a genuine attempt to address the issue. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and concerned about the professionalism and safety standards of this service.

I booked my trip in advance and it says we leave at 8 in the morning but to my suprise we're leaving at 10 and they did not tell us anything it worries me this service I don't like it

I love Tamuka buses but for today I'm defeated. I'm in T4. The host is very rude. I paid him to help me get 2 extra months on my and my daughter's passport. I didn't get the mnths that i wanted. They ... I love Tamuka buses but for today I'm defeated. I'm in T4. The host is very rude. I paid him to help me get 2 extra months on my and my daughter's passport. I didn't get the mnths that i wanted. They gave me a mnth just like everyone else. He doesn't want to give me my money back. Where can I report this guy Today's date is 22 Dec 2024 I borded the bus at roadport in harare yesterday 21 Dec 2024

I'm on board the T11 as I type,If there was an option to give a zero star I would have done it ,I do not recommend this bus at all there's no punctuality at all,we got to the boarder at 9 pm this is n ... I'm on board the T11 as I type,If there was an option to give a zero star I would have done it ,I do not recommend this bus at all there's no punctuality at all,we got to the boarder at 9 pm this is now 3am we still stuck at the boarder ,because they couldn't get clearance for some passengers lagguage ...the drivers do not give any information about the situation until half of the bus had to stand and go outside to protest .very unprofessional.

Of all the bus services I have ever used, Tamuka 5 was the best. The hosts, Chonse and his crew treated all the passengers like VIP. They drove with extra care and never for once did they shout at any ... Of all the bus services I have ever used, Tamuka 5 was the best. The hosts, Chonse and his crew treated all the passengers like VIP. They drove with extra care and never for once did they shout at anyone for taking their time during recess. I definitely will recommend Tamuka any day and any time.

Terrible service from Washy, who starts fights with customers then demands an apology from customer for them to be able to use the bus.

I'm in a bus T09 .The drivers left us at the boarder Zim side while stamping our passport.14/03/2024 there was only one immigration officer stamping.The same bus is leaking it was raining in Masvingo. ... I'm in a bus T09 .The drivers left us at the boarder Zim side while stamping our passport.14/03/2024 there was only one immigration officer stamping.The same bus is leaking it was raining in Masvingo.The drivers are rude about it .On the group of people who were left was a mother with a 2 month old baby.please do something about it.the service is becoming extremely bad .I wont use Tamuka again

I travelled to and from Zimbabwe with tamuka bus. I highly recommend it well organised and time keeping. Thanks to all the driver's especially the ones i came back with from harare to Capetown on the ... I travelled to and from Zimbabwe with tamuka bus. I highly recommend it well organised and time keeping. Thanks to all the driver's especially the ones i came back with from harare to Capetown on the 21st to the 22nd of February. Excellent service there 10/10

I highly recommend it well organised and time keeping. Thanks to all the driver's especially the ones i came back with from harare to Capetown on the 21st to the 22nd of February. Mr muza and the rest of the drivers were very friendly we spent the whole trip worshipping with our drivers... Excellent service there 10/10
