Very bad and unacceptable experience with Stanišić DOO Nikšić.

Very bad and unacceptable experience with Stanišić DOO Nikšić.
We travelled from Kotor to Žabljak on 3 July 2026. The bus license plate was ****.
Halfway through the journey, the driver changed. The new driver told me his name was ****. During the trip, he spoke very loudly on the phone, then picked up his friend, and they continued talking loudly for almost the entire remaining journey, around two hours. I was sitting at the back of the bus wearing headphones and could still hear them clearly.
The driver also smoked inside the bus twice. The smell was very strong and it became difficult to breathe. My wife had to go to him and ask him to stop smoking inside the vehicle.
After we arrived in Žabljak and collected our luggage, the driver suddenly demanded 2 euros for each piece of luggage. This fee was not mentioned anywhere before the trip. It looked like an attempt to take unofficial cash from passengers. Other foreign passengers were also about to pay, until I told them that this fee had not been stated anywhere.
When I took a photo of the bus and license plate in order to report the situation, the driver approached me aggressively, demanded that I delete the photo, threatened to call the police, and touched me. I told him he had no right to touch me. As my wife and I were walking away, he spat in my direction.
This is not just bad service. This is unsafe and aggressive behavior towards passengers. I strongly do not recommend this company unless they seriously address this kind of conduct from their drivers.
