Absolutely the worst bus service experience. On 19 July 2026, Nuego bus ******* from Shanthi Nagar, Bengaluru (6:37 AM) to Trichy showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Despite repeated requests to stop, the driver and onboard staff ignored the passengers and drove away, forcing two women to chase the bus on a two-wheeler and board only at the next stop, Madiwala. This created an unnecessary and unsafe situation that could have been avoided with a few seconds of consideration. This is not an isolated experience. On another journey, the bus remained at a charging station for nearly 2 hours, and when passengers politely enquired about the delay, the onboard staff responded rudely instead of communicating professionally. A transport service should value passenger safety and treat customers with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, Nuego failed on all counts. I will never travel with Nuego again and would never recommend this service to my family, friends, or anyone looking for a safe and respectful travel experience.

Overall, the bus service is very good. The driver drives safely and on time, and the coordinator handles everything in a very good manner. Really appreciate that. Thanks.

The worst experience in NueGo (Don't Go) I traveled from Chennai to Krishnagiri it was the most irritated travel ever in my life there is no AC, seat is not comfortable and they didn't inform or menti ... The worst experience in NueGo (Don't Go) I traveled from Chennai to Krishnagiri it was the most irritated travel ever in my life there is no AC, seat is not comfortable and they didn't inform or mention that they were recharging bus battery for 1 hour but they are getting one and half hour for charging and lunch break I was traveled about 8 hours from Chennai to Krishnagiri without AC ... Worst service they gave.... DON'T BOOK THIS BUS ....
