I strongly advise avoiding Kapadokya VIP. This was one of the worst bus companies I have ever used.
The buses were dirty, poorly maintained, and in terrible technical condition. The drivers were cons ...
I strongly advise avoiding Kapadokya VIP. This was one of the worst bus companies I have ever used.
The buses were dirty, poorly maintained, and in terrible technical condition. The drivers were constantly talking on their mobile phones while driving, arguing with each other, and even smoking cigarettes inside the bus, which is completely unacceptable.
The journey also included several unplanned stops, and we arrived more than an hour late.
Overall, the service was chaotic, unprofessional, and far below any reasonable standard. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Bus broken down just 15 minutes afer it started. Another bus took one and half hour to take us aboard.

Bus broken down just 15 minutes afer it started. Another bus took one and half hour to take us aboard.
So it would be midnight to reach my hotel. The bus company must compensate for this sort of cases.
To our utter surprise none informed us that there were some problems. None agreed to give the contract number of the counter manager. None said sorry for even once. Very shocking and totally unexpected.
Please avoid travelling by this bus.
