Bus Number: NL-02-B-3669 I am deeply frustrated and saddened by the pathetic service from RedBus and the Intercity bus operator on my Bangalore to Vijayawada trip. Left Stranded: I reached the board ... Bus Number: NL-02-B-3669 I am deeply frustrated and saddened by the pathetic service from RedBus and the Intercity bus operator on my Bangalore to Vijayawada trip. Left Stranded: I reached the boarding point 10 minutes early, but the bus (NL-02-B-3669) skipped the stop entirely and drove away. Zero Driver Contact: I boarded a local bus to chase them and called RedBus 4 to 5 times just to ask the driver to wait 2 minutes. Shockingly, RedBus agents told me they have no way to contact the driver. The Industry Trap (NueGo & FreshBus): When I questioned this, the RedBus agent explicitly admitted that this is exactly how it works for other major operators like NueGo and FreshBus too—customer support simply cannot contact the drivers on the road. Serious Safety Loophole: If neither the operator nor RedBus can contact the driver of bus NL-02-B-3669, what happens during a medical emergency or a security issue? This is highly unsafe for passengers. Blatant Lies: To cover up their mistake, they closed my complaint by falsely claiming I missed the bus and ignored 10–15 calls. This is a complete lie—I was early and I was the one calling them! MESSAGE TO TRAVELERS: Please avoid RedBus, NueGo, FreshBus, and these Intercity operators. They do not care about your safety, they will leave you stranded, and their customer care will falsely blame you for their own failures. Save your money and mental peace—book elsewhere!

Irresponsible and Unprofessional Bus Services by IntrCity I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore on 23rd October 2024, boarding from Siruseri, Chennai. The bus was supposed to reach Bangalore at 5:20 ... Irresponsible and Unprofessional Bus Services by IntrCity I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore on 23rd October 2024, boarding from Siruseri, Chennai. The bus was supposed to reach Bangalore at 5:20 AM but arrived at 11:30 AM, a delay of over 6 hours. This caused significant inconvenience as I had to travel onward to Mysore. When I inquired about the delay, the driver responded loudly and irresponsibly, showing no empathy or understanding of the passengers’ discomfort. Additionally, the comfort of the bus was subpar and no facilities such keeping luggage or washroom at IntrCity’s office where we dropped. Overall, it was a very hectic and painful journey.
