I encountered an error while booking online; although the payment went through, I didn't receive the ticket PDF. However, after communicating via WhatsApp, I was told I could simply visit the company' ... I encountered an error while booking online; although the payment went through, I didn't receive the ticket PDF. However, after communicating via WhatsApp, I was told I could simply visit the company's office on the day of departure. When I arrived at the office, however, the doors were locked. Upon inquiring, I was informed that departures were only taking place from the bus terminal that day, so I had to rush there by taxi—even though my accommodation was right next to the terminal! The bus service itself seemed reliable, so I would recommend this option to anyone who enjoys the thrill of potentially missing the bus due to unexpected hiccups like the one I experienced.
