The bus had a breakdown and we had to wait for 5 hours for another bus. They sent a bus that did not have charging pots mind you we have been waiting all the time. The bus was so cold and had no heate ... The bus had a breakdown and we had to wait for 5 hours for another bus. I would not recommend anyone to use the greyhound bus, horrible service !!!

Took the bus from Vereeniging the bus had problems from the time we were picked up. It refused to started but the driver forced the bus it kept cutting of when it stopped at a traffic light the driver ... Took the bus from Vereeniging the bus had problems from the time we were picked up. It refused to started but the driver forced the bus it kept cutting of when it stopped at a traffic light the driver kept forcing until it come to a stop in the middle of the road we where stuck on route to Villiers for 5 hours were it resulted to me cancelling the trip and returning back home. It was cold and rainy the bus was on the middle of the road approach a steep. Which was a very dangerous stop.

The bus was dirty. It was an old bus that was noisy the whole trip. I wasn't comfortable at all, charging system where not working almost every seat. The worst part,the toilet was smelling strong. The worst part,the toilet was smelling strong. The bus is full of cockroaches and the bus was supposed to arrive at Park Station at 9 a.m but it was 25 mins late. That was an old bus absolutely..👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

It was the worst experience ever,the bus was freezing cold...DO NOT USE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN UNDERLYING HEALTH CONDITION. Been unwell since my trip.

We had a lovely trip to our destination. The bus was on time, no delays. The bus driver (Treasure) to be specific, was very friendly.

Im always very please with the service.. But please fumigate the busses.. there are cockroaches everywhere.. Im always worried they'll crawl into my ears if I fall asleep..

I traveled to jhb from gqeberha on the 29 may 2026 16:00 drivers were fair. The only bad expirance I got was people not flushing the toilet it was full of tissue paper and urine and one passenger lat ... The only bad expirance I got was people not flushing the toilet it was full of tissue paper and urine and one passenger later smoked in the toilet and was reprimanded by one driver I suggest that before the the take off rules of the bus be read for travelers or send an sms or email notice including the rules this will prohibit bad expirance On 31 may 2026 I returned from jhb to Gqeberha service was good only bad experience was the driver not communicating properly his tone was as if he is speaking to kids every time he was saying something I believe the passengers are not expecting a driver who is very friendly but must be polite and firm.and also communicate in a language that everyone can hear
