Rude staff members and pathetic and disgusting to say the least. Even if you are desperate, DO NOT, even when your life depends on this. How is it still in business. Safety compliance is not adhered to. Over load of passengers and goods

Yes buses break down and experience mechanical faults but with this bus company unorara paroad kana rafa. The bus crew lack basic customer services skills like good communication with the passengers. Instead of updating passengers on the way forward in case of a break down, they indimidate everyone who dares to ask. Chibhazi chemaShurugwi.
