In Montenegro, during the summer it is practically guaranteed buses will run late due to traffic and no fault of their own. Our bus was only 20 minutes late and I don't believe the bus driver could have prevented that. Delays during the summer often exceed that. Our bus driver drove safely and reasonably and that was great. We had no personal interaction with him. Almost all bus drivers smoke while driving (which I dearly wish was prohibited), this one included, although passengers are not allowed to do so. So, if you have allergies, do not sit close to the front. The small bus was clean, a big plus for that. While the air conditioning did work, it did not work well and I was very hot. I would definitely recommend this company over Touring Kotor's dirty bus with broken interior details. But if the bus drivers didn't smoke and the AC worked well, I'd recommend Elite over the rest.
