⭐ Très mauvaise expérience avec Al Wissam Al Dhahabi
Notre autocar est tombé en panne près de Laouamra et nous avons attendu environ une heure sans qu’un autocar de remplacement soit envoyé ni qu’une solution concrète nous soit proposée.
Nous avons finalement été contraints de prendre un taxi, ce qui nous a coûté 140 DH pour deux personnes, en plus du prix de nos billets. J’ai également contacté le service concerné pour signaler le problème, sans obtenir l’aide attendue.
Cette situation est inacceptable. En tant que passagers, nous payons pour arriver à destination dans des conditions convenables et nous attendons de la compagnie qu’elle assume ses responsabilités en cas de panne.
Je partage cette expérience afin que les autres voyageurs puissent en tenir compte avant de réserver.

Nie polecam. Autobus miał wyjechać z Chefchaouen o godzinie 8.00, pojawił się o 9.00. Jechałem przez Rabar do Marakeszu na samolot. Pojawiły się trudności z przesiadką z autobusy na pociąg w rabacie - ...
Nie polecam. Autobus miał wyjechać z Chefchaouen o godzinie 8.00, pojawił się o 9.00. Jechałem przez Rabar do Marakeszu na samolot. Pojawiły się trudności z przesiadką z autobusy na pociąg w rabacie - mało czasu. Miał przyjechać o 13.30, spóźnił się 1 godzinę, przyjechał nie o 14.30 a o 15.30 - o 16.30 miałem pociąg - musiałem się śpieszyć. W luku bagażowym wożą zwierzęta z twoimi torbami. Złe doświadczenie - problem z organizacją dalszej trasy i spania. I don't recommend it. The bus was supposed to leave Chefchaouen at 8:00 AM, but it arrived at 9:00 AM. I was traveling through Rabat to Marrakech for a flight. There were difficulties transferring from the bus to the train in Rabat – there wasn't enough time. It was supposed to arrive at 1:30 PM, but was an hour late, arriving not at 2:30 PM but at 3:30 PM – I had a train at 4:30 PM – so I had to hurry. They carry animals with your bags in the hold. Bad experience – difficulty organizing the rest of the journey and sleeping arrangements.
